As founder of Futures Theatre Company Caroline has created and directed 19 of the company's productions; including one woman shows, Forum Theatre schools tours and venues tours. In 2010, Caroline became the sole Artistic Director of Futures and is passionate about developing the company's ambitions for touring brave artistic work to venues and site-sympathetic arenas, including schools. Using her wealth of experience she is now planning to expand the company's artistic partners and creative team, developing work for a wider audience that is authentic and engaging.

After finishing a drama degree at Exeter Universtity, Flair worked as a workshop leader and actress in educational theatre in Cornwall. When she finally moved to London she taught drama at a college for adults with autism before joining the team at Futures as Education Officer. In this role she is responsible for managing the education programme; devising, creating and delivering the projects. Please contact her if you would like more information about Futures' workshops.

Sophie is responsible for managing and carrying out all aspects of the companies operations, including organising the tours and supporting company development. After completing her Applied and Media Arts degree at the University of Hertfordshire Sophie began a career in the arts working at Escape Artists. She also completed a diploma in Arts Management, before moving to Futures in September 2011 she worked in New Zealand as a Gallery Manager. Daryl graduated from the University of Salford with a degree in Performing Arts, followed by a postgraduate in Acting for Musical Theatre at the Central School of Speech and Drama. Daryl has worked for a number of arts organisations in various Marketing and Development roles. As Development Associate, Daryl supports Futures fundraising efforts.
