Caroline Bryant - Joint Artistic Director

As founder of Futures Theatre Company since 1992 Caroline Bryant has worked to produce theatre that speaks to young people in a positive way and challenges them to engage in self evaluation. Caroline works alongside Kerry to develop the companies artistic programme, and with the education officer to create the education programme. In the early years of Futures Caroline co-wrote one play and performed in a couple. For the past 8 years she has developed Futures creative style and directed the comapany's touring productions. With financial responsibility for the company and as company secretary she has plenty to do.

Kerry Brabant - Joint Artistic Director

Kerry Brabant is responsible for writing all Futures’ productions, helping to create the many projects Futures delivers each year. She also develops the fundraising programme for the long-term sustainability of the company. Kerry started out as a performer working in rep. and touring productions across the UK. She began writing in 1998 and her first play was performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, on the London Fringe and as part of the Wandsworth Arts Festival.

Flair May - Education Officer

After finishing a drama degree at Exeter Universtity, Flair worked as a workshop leader and actress in educational theatre in Cornwall. When she finally moved to London she taught drama at a college for adults with autism before joining the team at Futures as Education Officer. In this role she is responsible for managing the education programme; devising, creating and delivering the projects. Please contact her if you would like more information about Futures’ workshops.

Fiona Forster - Company Manager

Fiona is responsible for managing and carrying out all aspects of the company’s operations, including organising the tours and supporting company development. After completing her English and Media Studies degree at Leeds University Fiona began a career in the arts working at London Metropolitan University. Here she also completed an MA in Marketing, before moving to Futures in August 2006. She is the main point of contact in the office so please email or call her should you have any questions.
